CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THE AGE OF AI
Workplace conflict has measurable consequences in South Africa. The CCMA received more than 193,000 case referrals in 2024/25, up from approximately 189,000 the previous year. Artificial Intelligence can add to those tensions. Our course brings conflict management into today’s workplace by exploring how AI can contribute to misunderstandings, confidentiality risks and anxiety about changing roles.
