Roger Peters (roger@couttsmedia.co.za) is an executive facilitator with extensive experience across all NQF levels in the education management sector. He combines academic depth with practical insight to support learning and organisational development.
He holds a BA Honours in Group Dynamics (Sociology) from Nelson Mandela University, a Further Diploma in Education (English) from the University of Port Elizabeth, and a Higher Diploma in Education (Languages) from Rhodes University, where he was active in student societies and human rights initiatives.
Roger specialises in customer service, coaching, change management, and strategic training. He partners with organisations across sectors to drive inclusive development and support meaningful transformation.
Lloyd Coutts (lloyd@couttsmedia.co.za) is a media strategist and publishing specialist with over three decades of experience in South Africa’s print and broadcast sectors.
He brings a balance of editorial leadership and creative production to diverse media environments. He holds a BA Honours in Journalism and Media Studies from Wits, along with a certificate in Digital Media Management from Rhodes University.
His career spans senior editorial roles at leading publications and involvement in the launch or redesign of major media brands. As Managing Director of Coutts Media, he was an early adopter of artificial intelligence and recognised its potential to drive production efficiencies across all sectors.
Joy Coutts (joy@couttsmedia.co.za) is a senior HR and employee relations professional with substantial experience in healthcare and multi-site environments. She supports employers with labour law compliance, policy implementation, and case management, with particular strength in disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and dispute resolution processes.
Her background includes HR partner work in healthcare, and earlier HR administration roles within local government, giving her a practical understanding of how HR systems, records, and reporting work under real operational constraints.
She has operated in employee relations, advising management on fair and compliant procedures and supporting preparation for CCMA matters to reduce organisational risk
She has formal training in labour law and employee relations, and has completed specialised learning in employment equity and skills development facilitation. Joy is also a member of SASLAW and has worked with employment equity and training committees. Her approach is structured and evidence-led: stabilise process, standardise documentation, and support managers with tools and guidance that reduce workload while improving consistency and defensibility.
